SERVICES
Care designed around the person, not just the diagnosis.
No two people arrive at therapy with the same story, and treatment shouldn't look exactly the same for everyone. Services at Wren & Oak are individualized to your needs, history, goals, and the kind of change you're hoping to create.
Whether you're working through the effects of trauma, navigating a difficult season, or simply know that something in your life needs to shift, we'll begin by understanding where you are and determining the path forward together.
Individual Therapy
I work with adults who may be navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, relationship patterns, identity, emotional overwhelm, or a persistent sense of feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves. You do not need to arrive with a clear understanding of what needs to change or where to begin. Part of our work is developing that clarity together.
Treatment is individualized and may draw from emotion-focused, trauma-focused, attachment-informed, somatic, and other evidence-based approaches. Depending on your needs, our work may also consider the broader foundations that influence emotional well-being, including sleep, nourishment, movement, connection, grounding, and meaning.
Individual therapy is available in person and virtually throughout Florida.
Trauma Therapy
Trauma can continue to shape the way we experience ourselves, our relationships, and the world long after an experience has ended. Its effects may show up in ways that are obvious, or in patterns that are more difficult to recognize.
Trauma therapy at Wren & Oak is individualized and paced with care. Depending on your history and needs, treatment may incorporate Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), emotion-focused work, somatic awareness, nervous-system regulation, and other trauma-informed approaches.
Therapy for Women
There are seasons of life when the roles, expectations, and identities we carry begin to shift. You may find yourself questioning who you are, what you want, or whether the life you've built still feels like your own.
Therapy can offer space to explore these transitions more deeply, including relationships, identity, boundaries, self-worth, caregiving, changing bodies, loss, purpose, and the often-competing expectations placed on women.
Our work is not about becoming a different version of yourself. It is about understanding yourself more fully and creating greater alignment between who you are and how you want to live.
